The State of Non-Thinking

Control is an illusion…

The human brain is composed of almost eighty-six (86) Billion Neurons – Actively functioning for your better good!

The Art is to control the function, win over the brain chemicals, and set up an equilibrium that works to create a paradigm of Non-Thinking patterns. Because my friend, in this life, you are gonna need it way too much!

Different areas of the brain highlight and generate chemicals based on the intensity of our thoughts and emotions. Highly-Intellectual minds have different work areas than dull-minded ones, the same way kind people are differentiated from unkind. Egotistic with a non-egoistic one and the story goes on,  You get my point!

The game is to control your emotions when at times, instead of getting Dopamine (the neurotransmitter responsible for pleasure) when it’s not working out and in the reverse cosmos you fall into extreme deficiency of it (Absence of Pleasure = Sadness) so you feel sorrow.  

That’s what’s important… Don’t Run, Face It – Embrace your anguish.

The idea behind brain science was to teach us how to use our emotions, intellect, and kindness. But rather what we have accomplished is pain, scarcity of emotions, and ego!

Who lost the battle? Us!

Let’s change the narratives to create a less traumatized world;

Replace your screams with a sigh,

Your words with silence,

Your selfish comeback with kind phrases,

Your HATE with LOVE,

and let’s promise to make the world a better place, Shall We?
